Warranty

This warranty policy applies to all electric bicycles ("e-Product") purchased from Boltric. We are committed to providing quality products and support. This policy outlines the warranty terms for the Product frame, battery, and motor.

2. Warranty Period

The full frame is covered by a Two-year warranty for structural defects, commencing from date of delivery to the first owner. This definition does not include paint and graphics.

The battery, motor controller and motor are covered for a one-year warranty for defects, commencing from date of delivery to the first owner. Battery warranty covers defects in materials; normal capacity decrease over time (wear) is not covered.

Parts from original component manufacturers, are also covered for a minimum of one year unless stated otherwise. Claims for issues with these components should be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

The warranty is linked to the e-Product, not the owner. If you’ve bought the e-Product second-hand and it’s within the original warranty period, you are still entitled to make a claim, although you will be required to provide proof of purchase from the original seller.

3. Warranty Coverage

The X is designed for recreational use only. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. During the warranty period, Boltric bike will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective components.

You will not be charged for shipping the e-Product component to Boltric or receiving any replacement product, covered by this warranty. Boltric will cover labor costs from Authorized Boltric Retailers in processing approved warranty claims.

PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BICYCLE FOR POSSIBLE FURTHER RESTRICTIONS.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Improper assembly or installation.

Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tires, brake pads, and chain).

Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, or other external factors.

Frequently Asked Questions

We designed this 6500W electric dirt bike for off-road riding, private property, farms, ranches, trails, and recreational areas where motorized vehicles are allowed. Because it is much more powerful than a standard e-bike, it may not qualify as a street-legal electric bicycle in many U.S. states or Canadian provinces. Please check your local laws before riding on public roads, bike lanes, or shared trails.

Requirements depend on your location and how you plan to use the bike. In many areas, high-powered electric bikes may be treated differently from standard e-bikes when used on public roads. We sell this model as a high-performance off-road electric bike, so we recommend checking with your local DMV or transportation authority before riding outside private or approved off-road areas.

This bike is built for off-road terrain such as dirt trails, private land, farms, forest roads, hunting property, campgrounds, ranch roads, and off-road parks. It is ideal for riders who want strong torque, fast acceleration, and confident climbing ability. Please avoid riding in areas where motorized vehicles are not allowed, including many public bike paths, sidewalks, and restricted hiking trails.

Real-world range depends on battery capacity, rider weight, terrain, speed, temperature, tire pressure, and riding style. Smooth terrain and moderate speed will provide the longest range, while steep hills, sand, mud, heavy throttle use, and high-speed riding will drain the battery faster. Any range number should be viewed as an estimate because off-road conditions can vary greatly.

The 6500W motor delivers strong acceleration and high torque for off-road riding. Top speed can vary based on battery voltage, controller settings, gearing, rider weight, tire choice, and terrain. We recommend riding within your skill level and always wearing proper safety gear, including a helmet, gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.

Depending on the selected configuration, the bike may come with a removable or built-in battery system. Charging time depends on battery size and charger output. For best battery life, use the original charger, charge in a dry and well-ventilated area, and avoid extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or long-term storage with an empty battery.

The bike is designed to handle normal outdoor conditions such as light rain, wet ground, and mud splashes. However, it is not designed for full submersion or deep water crossings. We do not recommend pressure washing the motor, battery, controller, display, or wiring connectors. After wet or muddy rides, dry the bike and check the electrical connections before storage.

Because this is a large high-powered electric bike with a lithium battery, it usually ships by freight rather than regular parcel delivery. A delivery appointment may be required, and someone should be available to receive and inspect the package. When your bike arrives, please check the box and frame for shipping damage before completing the delivery process.

To protect the bike during shipping, it usually arrives partially assembled. Most customers will need to install or adjust parts such as the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, fender, light, or other accessories depending on the package. Before the first ride, we recommend checking the brakes, tire pressure, bolts, chain, suspension, and all electrical connections. If you are not comfortable assembling the bike, a local bike or motorcycle shop can help.

Our warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects under normal use. Core components such as the frame, motor, controller, battery, charger, and display may be covered depending on the warranty terms of your order. Wear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, bearings, brake rotors, cosmetic scratches, and damage caused by crashes, misuse, racing, water ingress, unauthorized modifications, or improper charging are generally not covered. Please keep your order information, photos, and videos so we can help faster if support is needed.
